A little about myself: I started insurance, notary and real estate when I was 18-19 years old. I worked for Leader Homes in Greenville, NC selling modular/mobile homes while attending East Carolina University. It was then that I made a TV commercial with Fox for Hunter Homes. I started working for Carolina Insurance in Greenville, NC and became a Notary Public to help the clients there.I then moved to Fayetteville, NC opened Fayetteville Notary Services and started working for State Farm Insurance. Several years later, I received my NC Real Estate License and had Laialona..my only child! I worked for State Farm and did notary & real estate and was a single mother. (I???m sure some of you can relate.) At that time, my boss was going through several health problems and needed me to be there more at State Farm.I took a hiatus from real estate to be there for her and dedicate myself to State Farm. After ten years of working for her, she passed away in June of 2011. I left State Farm in September of 2011. I decided to take a break prior to starting my own real estate company (Absolute Realty) and becoming an independent agent for Insurance Service Center. I have built a large list of referrals from the thousands of people I have helped within the 3 businesses over the years.
