"Queso Fresco" Soft Cheese: White cheese with a grainy consistency, elaborated with natural ingredients. As its own name states, is freshly elaborated. Nowadays, it's a main ingredient in every single platter. Delicious when accompanied by a side of beans or "enchiladas". "Requesón" Ricotta: Creamy cheese with a touch of salt, elaborated from serum which is extracted from fresh cheese. Exquisite if added to classic Mexican "gorditas". "Quesillo Oaxaca" Mozzarella: Oaxaca style cheese, distinguished by their layers which could be pull out and shredded. Produced in different sizes of 14oz., 5/10 pounds. Excellent to prepare delicious Mexican quesadillas and "sincronizadas".
