ACCEL Community Programs is a 501c3 non-profit organization providing educational support services, afterschool program and tutoring.

ACCEL Community Cyber Program, an established cyber learning center, is partnered with Achievement House Cyber Charter School and Education Plus Academy Cyber Charter School, to provide a facility where parents who choose to cybershool or homeschool, a facility where they can send their child on a daily basis to receive individualized instruction in a blended learning environment. Our blended learning center is a facility where both the physical classroom and virtual classroom is an added value for each student. The students receive a combinaton of both environments and the best of both worlds. Our facility services students and families in the Philadelphia, Upper Darby, Lansdowne and surrounding areas. Enrollment is being accepted for grades Prek 3 1/2 through 12th grade.
