It all starts with piano tuning. We do repairs, complete rebuilding, appraisals, regulating, restringing, and voicing.
"I'm passionate about bringing out the best in each piano. Pianos are not pieces of furniture. They are living, breathing instruments. Not every piano is a Steinway, but that doesn't mean that each piano can sound the very best it can be. I broke the "glass ceiling" 35 years ago, becoming one of the first female piano technicians in the country. I am as comfortable in the shop as I am tuning in a customer's home. Complete rebuliding jobs, which I do in my shop, are a great change of pace from day to day tuning. In between tuning and complete rebuilding the work ranges from minor adjustment to major repair. It's work that I am passionate about, that I enjoy, and that I excel at delivering a superior job for the customer!"
