According to View was started in the year 2007 by Markus Allen. Markus had a vision of helping out other entrepreneurs and small established businesses such as Mom and Pop stores, corner restaurants, and more. He turned his vision into a reality by launching his services with Sandra Washington who was one of the founders of a non-profit company called Dynamic Learning for Adults. He created a business plan and also marketed their services around different arenas. Markus also helped with the creation of another project of Sandra's which was called Medi-Helpz. With this project he helped create a draft of a website and also the business plan especially with the marketing aspect.
