Business description

Expanding benefit packages without additional costs through Combined Worksite Solutions' voluntary benefit plans.

An employee benefits leader with ARCO/BP for over 25 years, I now offer voluntary, employee-pay all benefit plans to businesses and non-profit organizations through Combined Worksite Solutions, a subsidiary of the ACE Group. Combine's unique approach starts with educating employees on the employee benefits they already have from their employer and the cost of those benefits to the company. A personalized total compensation report is prepared for each employee at no cost to the company. Only then do we do an needs analysis with the employee to see what financial risks, if any, still need to be addressed. A win-win for employees and companies. Special arrangements for non-profit and professional associations.
