Income Tax Preparation and Real Estate Sales

We prepare Income Tax Returns for about 2,300 to 2,500 individuals and businesses each year. The majority of our clients are individuals but we do about 200 Corporate and LLC returns each year. We also form corporations for small businesses and do payroll and bookkeeping for them. In addition, we sell Real Estate to individuals and businesses. Our client base is mostly residential investors or owner-occupyers but we do have a small business clientele in this field as well. We make sure our Tax Clients know we sell Real Estate as well as prepare Income Tax Returns. This provides a very strong, loyal clientele to our Real Estate customers. We also prepare Income Taxes for many of our off-the-street Real Estate clients. It makes for a very strong and vibrant mixture of professions.
