We are an ISO 9001:2008 registered precision machining and design company that specializes in prototypes, design, and low volume production for OEMs. Since 1982, we have provided solutions and quality parts for leading medical, semi-conductor, robotics, pharmaceutical, electronics, research and development companies, as well as universities. Our specific capabilities include 4th-axis CNC milling and turning, wire EDM, MIG/TIG welding, bead blasting and grinding, helium leak checking for hi-vacuum requirements, and Zeiss CMM part inspection and documentation. We have significant experience machining high-temperature metals such as molybdenum and tungsten, in addition to more traditional metals and alloys.
