Electrolysis can be done on all skin types, hair types and colors. Electrolysis is not the same a Laser Hair Removal. Electrolysis is performed hair by hair, treating solely the follicle at its base, not contacting the skin, leaving the artwork in ideal shape. All hair removal techniques contribute to the slow fading of tattoos. Waxing and Shaving, for example, pulls or scratch at the first few microscopic layers of skin.
