Instead, we work closely with our clients, providing a tailored service that caters to our clients specific needs. Detail is what we believe to be the most important factor in our work and it is the one aspect that separates us from the rest. ACI Building Services specializes in construction cleaning, as well as commercial. For over ten years, we have worked along side major area construction firms such as R.W. Murray to clean and detail their newly constructed sites, giving it the finishing touch and preparing them for presentation. We have worked on site at National Health Institute (NIH), Howard University, Prince William County Schools, CACI, CGI, Raytheon, Guaranty storage, and many clearance restricted federal buildings across the D.C. Metropolitan area. Commercial cleaning is the second division of our services provided. We have contracts with small companies across the Northern Virginia area to provide nightly janitorial services to their office spaces. Our nightly crews are trained in attention to detail and techniques to efficiently fulfill our outlined cleaning duties. We make sure to treat our clients office spaces as if they were our own, and thoroughly clean and dust to ensure our clients satisfaction with the cleanliness of their offices. ACI Building also has a smaller sub division that provides small project services such as Carpet shampoo cleaning, house cleaning and detailing, deck and fence power washing and painting, indoor wall painting, concrete power washing, floor stripping and waxing, lawn mowing and any reasonable specific service you need done around the house or business.
