Damon offers instructional acting workout videos to download and use forever. Damon R. Jones, talent agent and owner of Actors in Action, LLC I have been helping folks into the acting industry for the past 20 years. As a talent agent I have never charged upfront fees for representation, never required talent to go to specific photographers or workshops, and have always taken the standard commission rate unlike the 20% some "managers" take across the board.
