Rented a property from these guys and the house fell apart. No response to emergencies, no response to multiple emails, phone calls, etc when things broke down. I felt sorry for the owners of the house but if they don't do due diligence on who is maintaining their home, then it's going to go downhill pretty fast. I'm pretty sure this agency does not even exist. We broke the lease after 3 months and left, almost nothing in the house working (including the AC!). This company is fraudulent. Holly and Arlene never responded to over 42 communications regarding broken AC, broken washer and dryer, broken lighting systems, broken refrigerator and stove and deck falling apart with huge holes in it. That's only a few of the issues. Worst experience of my family's life.
