If you have other options run, run fast away from this health care provider. Run if you can. My foot is killing me with extreme pain but after a week of phone calls with the rude staff, running down my own xray's which supposedly "did not" have, and one office visit I will never darken their doorstep again. They do not pass on information to the doctor, the doctor's assistant is no help and they do not follow through with what they said were going to do. Although right up front I had to sign a paper that said I agree with and will follow doctors orders. That's fine except for three days after that first (AND LAST) appointment the doctor never did communicate with me why my RX was not going to happen. I had to call them FOUR times in three days to find out the bad news on the RX.

If you don't have other options on a different place I certainly sorry that you may be treated the same way. I felt like I was held-over-the-barrel this week. BTW it took five weeks to get an appointment.
