Advector Systems is a wireless home automation zone control manufacturer focused on the functional use of advanced technology for HVAC controls.

We started with the common sense approach of comparing HVAC usage to other residential energy use practices. We found that the everyday method with lighting, water, natural gas and electronics was to manage energy consumption based on usage...for example you turn on lights only in the rooms being used and you turn off the television when it is not being watched. But when you turn on your HVAC system it heats and cools rooms that are not occupied resulting in wasted energy and higher bills. And because of the centralized location of the primary thermostat it is difficult for you to get the perfect temperature in some areas of your house which can lead to longer system run times and increased energy usage.
