My personal journey with AdvoCare began like many others--I wanted to use the products for a few weeks to lose a few pounds. I immediately fell in love with the 24-Day Challenge and completed it twice (two years apart) with very good results. But it wasn't until 2012 that I really got serious about making significant changes to my overall health and fitness. After doing some in-depth research, I began a 24-Day Challenge in September and continued to cycle on the 14-Day Max Phase continuously. By Christmas I had lost 40 pounds and 6 inches from my waistline. The Max Phase is now part of my normal routine and I continue to burn fat and build muscle daily. AdvoCare has made a life-altering impact for me. I'd love to share my experiences with you and help you meet your own goals.
