Business description

Lost foam casting of gray and ductile iron and steel, including stainless. The focus is on prototypes, replacement parts, and short to medium runs.

Aesir Metals works to save you money and simplify your supply chain by eliminating your need for machining, welding, multiple components, and fasteners. Our casting tolerance is typically 0.003"/inch which means most castings require little to no machining prior to assembly. Lost foam allows many innovative design features which are not practical or feasible in other processes. See our website for details. We cast a variety of alloys including gray iron, ductile iron, Ni-hard iron, steel, and stainless steel. We focus on the low volume niche whether you need just one or several thousand parts. In addition, we focus on rapid prototypes where a part can be created from a CAD drawing in 14 days or less and from a foam pattern in 24 hours.
