As a voluntary benefits consultant, I thoroughly educate the owner/decision maker of the cost saving incentives that are available to their business. I educate the employees on the necessity of protecting their income through low cost alternatives to the rising costs associated with healthcare. Additionally I act as an extension to your company's HR department by assisting with the one time setup through payroll (on a pre-tax basis) and assisting employees with any questions that they may have.
