Residential Services Monthly Service A monthly service is a pest treatment done every 30 days. The Initial treatment is an interior crack 'n crevice treatment, service/inspect crawl or attic (if applicable) and an exterior general treatment including the removal of webs and baiting of target areas. The ongoing maintenance program is done outside (or inside and out if customer prefers) to provide continuous control until the first **hard freeze. (Usually 1st or 2nd week of December) All winter service after the hard freeze is recommended to be inside until late February. Every Other Month Service The Initial treatment on an every other month is the same as a monthly and quarterly. This service is the most popular and the best quality for the money. It is 6 visits per year and
