This agency has transitioned from six A rated Companies for Personal lines to over 20 Commercial lines. As with the big Insurance Brokers, Business Owners and Employees have the option of placing their Personal lines (Auto, Homeowners, Health and Life) coverage with us. One of the additional customer service programs that Agent Johnson offers access to is their Customers Key return program (LOOK). The program is simple and straight forward and is a courtesy to our Customers. Here is how it works: Add the LOOK tab to your key chain. In the event you lose your keys they call us, we collect your keys and call you.
