At Ahhh Therapeutic Massage, I specialize in pain management using a variety of techniques based on your preference for touch. Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial release are mild, less painful, yet very effective ways to relax the musculature and relieve pain. Occasionally, Hot Stones or Massage Cupping (negative pressure) are used to facilitate that process. Some prefer the older forms of Deep Tissue Therapy with a "No pain, No gain" approach which I do very well. I have been successful treating clients with both approaches. I look forward to helping your body erase the pain. If it is relaxation and stress reduction you are looking for, I would be happy to help you achieve that as well.
