Jizaikan Aiki Ninjutsu includes striking, throws, joint locks, grappling, ground fighting escapes, multiple attacker and modern weapons defenses to include firearms, knives and clubs and historical weapons training to include; katana, wakizashi, rokushakubo (6 ft. staff), sanshakubo or hanbo (3ft. staff), kusarifundo (weighted chain weapon), tanto (knife) and shuriken (throwing blades). These weapons are taught for their historical importance as well as giving the Aiki Ninjutsu student the skills necessary to use any everyday object as a weapon for his defense.The main focus of the Jizaikan student is to become a modern day warrior which is defined in the Jizaikan as someone who is "an empowered and compassionate protector of others."
