We are a mechanical engineering contracting firm. At the time worn-out or failed mechanical equipment is considered for change-out, we evaluate the price point vrs.energy savings of the various pieces of new equipment that could be installed. That done, we then evaluate any additional savings that could be realized through recognized energy conservation implementation(s). From the above we then determine the equipment / energy conserv mix that yields the most economical system operating cost for the least installation cost. We then make recommendations to the Owner, submitting our proposal for the work. If accepted, we deliver a complete, turn-key product, including all engineering drawings and owners instructions.
