We do maintenance, repairs and light commercial cleaning. We do inspections, consulting and pre move in repairs and deferred maintenance.
Our core business is night time office cleaning. We also do minor maintenance for our Customers so that they do not have to call in other companies. We assist with tenant pre move in repairs and up-grades in the commercial office's and we can assist with minor office renovations. We have a combined 40 years of experience in commercial office high rise and low rise, we have performed maintenance in manufacturing plants, testing laboratories, outpatient medical clinics and dentaloffice, we are available to consult with you about writing 'Requests for Proposals' including site specific outlines and maintenance schedules. We can also participate or comment on the responses and their weighted areas.
