All-Access Fitness Academy is a fitness facility offering customized fitness programs, as well as sports conditioning programs for athletes.

We offer all of our clients a customized fitness experience to help them achieve the fitness goals they set for themselves. We do so by offering clients a full fitness assessment which helps our Trainers to develop customized nutrition and exercise plans based on their findings during each assessment. We then help each client learn how to do the exercises in their customized exercise plans via personal training sessions that are at no additional cost depending on the membership level purchased.We also offer customized small group training programs for individuals who are more motivated working in a group class setting to improve their fitness. Additionally, we offer local athletes sports strength and conditioning services to help them get ready for the sports they play.
