Allen Fremont Plaza is an Affordable, Independent 55+ Senior housing community located in NE Portland, one block west of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Construction for this beautiful 64 unit Affordable Senior housing complex began in 1996 by Walsh Construction and has been managed by Pinnacle AMS since it opened in 1997.We are close to shopping, easy access to the Tri-met transportation system with a stop for line 24 in front of our community complex, and line 6 to Portland downtown or Jantzen Beach one block East on MLK Jr Blvd.Some of our amenities include a Multi-purpose room to have community events, birthday parties, and any other special event you may like to have.In our Library you will find quiet time to relax and read a good book or two, we work with the Multnomah County Library Outreach program to offer a variety of books for your reading pleasure.The TV Room is a great place to gather to watch your favorite TV shows or just gather to discuss daily events.We also have On-site laundry with four washers and four dryers, maintained by CoinMeter to save you a trip to your local Laundromat.Access to our community is through our secure entry system that utilizes electronic keys to gain access to the building.
