Allied Fitness Center

Allied Fitness Center is the largest gym in Eagle Pass which provides a variety of aerobic classes, strenght trainning and cardio equipment.

Allied Fitness Center has what it takes to make your health and fitness experience a successful one, no matter your fitness level, interests, experience, schedule or budget. Throughout your membership period you can enjoy unlimited access of our facility and group classes at the club with programs to suit all levels and motivations for body and mind, heart and lungs and those which strengthen and tone. The group classes we offer vary from Spinning, Zumba, Step, Yoga and Cardio Kickboxing to suit everyone's needs. Our fitness cente is designed to accomodaty all types of fitness levels. The Weight Area contains free weights, strength training machines, and medicine balls. For your commodity we also have a separate Cardio Room and a newly remodeled Spinning and Aerobic Room.
