Ameri Spec Home Inspection Service

Tom Detore Inspection also know as Ameri Spec in Manalapan NJ inspected my Property. He reported no major issues, but indicated some minor issues. He was recommended by our real-estate agent, whom I trusted we would receive reliable service. I didn’t know anyone in our town at the time, and was taken advantage of.

I purchased a money pit 3 years ago, two weeks after closing our boiler, following the well, air condition unit was tampered with and the most serious of them all…….. Mold, and major flooding in my basement. I recently had another home inspection to find these have been issues going back more than 3 years. My mold removal company stated this have been brewing for many years. I have been back and forth with medical issues, I believe stemming from the mold.

This house should not have been SOLD.

I recently called for a copy of my contract and report, for the past 3 month I have been getting the runaround. They have come up with every excuse in the book to not produce my paper work that I requested. Please keep in mind he was paid close to $500 in a check for his services. Tom called me to let know he would find my paperwork in storage, that was 2 weeks ago. He also stated that his company is out of business. Linda his secretary, whom I believe is his wife states he is on vacation, he seems to be on vacation twice a month.

I was hoping to receive my paper work and call back by 12/9/19. Im in the process of contacting all local television, radio, news paper, politicians, shame on you, help me howard, and any other news outlet to inform the public about this company.

As a business owner I take pride in my services, and deserve the respect I give the public.

This company is a FRAUD!!!
