Getting ready for daughters wedding, had taken all clothing to the Rockingham American Cleaners for pressing only. Other daughter picked up clothes, wedding at Holden Beach, when Mother of the Bride was ready to get dressed, the liner for dress was not present. Dress was on one hanger and belt was on another hanger, after wedding, went back to the Cleaners and explained the problem, lady came out of back with the liner for my dress. The liner was snapped to the inside of the dress which had a floral design of holes in the actual dress, the liner was to cover the underneath of the dress. No refund was offered, manager lied. said when you bring something in you have to tell them how many pieces of garmets that you have. Phoned Richmond County Sherriff's office and spoke with an officer he stated that when he took uniforms into this cleaners the garments were in a bag, never ask how many shirts or how many pants were present. So Manager did not tell the truth, I expected to at least be reinbursed for the services however, I was told there was nothing they could do, same thing has happened with my sister. I am very disappointed with this service and do expect to receive compensation for ruining my day as Mother of the Bride.....
