With extensive training and continuing education, our therapists emphasize a one-on-one hands on approach through a variety of manual techniques (MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, TRIGGER POINT THERAPY. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY) to help alleviate your pain and spasms and restore you to a better quality of life. An individualized treatment plan is outlined and modified along with a home exercise program to carry you through your life independently. Traditional physical therapy modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, mobilization, ice and heat are also incorporated in each plan.
