ANCHOR PROPERTIES is well known in Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama for purchasing out dated homes and remodeling them into places of beauty for re-sale. Our buyers are extremely happy to be purchasing a "like new home" without paying new home prices. We are also builders of new homes for those that prefer a new rather than re-modeled home. No matter if it's your first home or your retirement home, we're sure that you will be satisfied with the quality of our workmanship. We remodel and build every home as if it were our own, using quality products such as Trane heat/air systems, Pella windows and doors and Delta faucets, just to name a few. We also have and maintain several rental houses and apartments of various sizes which are in high demand.
