Andres Embroidery Design was started in 1995 by Andres (Andy) and Del Aguilar. It began as a small home-based digitizing business with a single-head machine and computerized system. Andy began doing embroidery around 1984, working for a family owned and operated business in South Lake Tahoe, California. He began digitizing a few years later, which is the process of converting artwork from drawing or computer generated artwork to embroidery stitches.
