Responsible for design and construction support for projects including new buildings renovations to existing facilities, and rehabilitation of public buildings, many of historic significance. Prior to the past few years my work has focused on private practice in the New York City area, for small- to medium-sized, single- and multifamily dwellings, including marketing, pre-design, schematic design. His practice entailed supervision of construction, drawing preparation and contract administration, variances and he dealt directly with New York City Landmarks Commission and NYC Department of buildings.
