The Park provides RV services including short and long term space rentals, Water, Sewer, Electrical and Phone (some sites) hookups. The Park provides private river access to the Animas River, just a 1/8 mile walk/drive away. The location provides easy access to the recreational opportunities in the Four Corners area including Mesa Verde National Monument, Aztec Ruins National Park, Navajo Lake State Park (NM), Chaco Canyon, live music and breweries of Durango, the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Mountain Resert (major Ski Resort).
