Owner and operator. I am present every working day during the project. I oversee the quality and performance of the subcontractors, and mechanical trades people during the construction of your project. I have experience in building Green, super energy efficient, LEED and energystar projects. I have been involved in renovating projects over 100 years old. I have built projects from the ground up. I recently worked on a conversion of an old cribbed grain bin, that had been converted to a foaling shed in the 1970's. we installed a pier foundation and converted it to a guest house. This project was one of the best examples of re-use and efficiency that I have ever been involved in.
