Project Access provides access to medical services donated by local Providers, for Washinton & Sullivan County residents who meet eligibility

Project Access serves as the hub for charitable or donated medical services in Washington and Sullivan Tennessee Counties. This means that Primary Care Providers, Specialists, Independent Practices, Facilities, Hospitals, Corporations, and Foundations agree to place their donated services with us to manage, track, and distribute to local uninsured residents. This collaboration and consolidation of charitable contributions of medical care gives us a large "pool" of resources from which to offer our patients coordinated, comprehensive case-managed care. Project Access eligibility criteria: Uninsured, Live in Wash or Sull Co, Household income less that 200% of FPL, Must have a documented medical urgent or emergent need. Referrals are accepted from Participating Healthcare Providers only.
