As your architect he will advise you on the design and construction of your project. He will be your consultant & agent, obtain competitive bids for the work and administer the construction contract. His basic services will cover the entire project, including architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and the specifications of all other materials and equipment required. He will use the latest CAD techniques including REVIT 3D modeling.
