Business description

Custom Architectural Design Services for residential, religious, commerical, industrial, governmental, and historic restoration clients.

Richard Schramm believes that "Architecture is the Art of Building". To that end he approaches each project with the understanding that good design adds functional efficiency and esthetic quality to your building resulting in more value at lower cost for the Owner. As your architect he will advise you on the design and construction of your project. He will be your consultant & agent, obtain competitive bids for the work and administer the construction contract. His basic services will cover the entire project, including architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and the specifications of all other materials and equipment required. He will use the latest CAD techniques including REVIT 3D modeling.
