We are an AHERA certified building inspection company, proudly serving all of Skagit, Whatcom, Island, San Juan and Snohomish counties. If you are having a remodel or demo done to a building, by Washington State law you need it inspected by an AHERA building inspector for the presence of asbestos containing building materials. Before any work starts, unless the building is made of glass, wood, or metal ONLY, or you are considering it all asbestos containing, it must get inspected. Both the contractor and building owner could be fined $250 minimum daily, which can compound. We are family owned, local, proudly drug free, honest and dependable. We will be happy to discuss any survey needs you may have, whether it is just an old boiler in the basement or a whole commercial building. We only use NVLAP's labs for high quality sample results. All samples are analyzed by PLM (polarized light microscopy) as required. I personally have been an asbestos supervisor for the past several years, so I know where to look for asbestos in your building.We offer same day service, when available, and we can expedite lab results if needed for a quick turn around.
