Atlas Real Estate Group was built by principals who have personally owned and managed over 1,000 residential and commercial properties.

In July 2008, the principals of Atlas Real Estate Group (AREG) created a vertically integrated organization for the purchase, rehabilitation, and sale of residential homes. Since that time our company has developed a diverse portfolio of assets consisting of single family rentals, condominiums, land, office, retail, multi-family, and industrial properties located in four states. AREG was initially used internally for acquisitions and dispositions for assets within our organization. Recently we've grown the scope and outreach for AREG to include retail brokerage sales and property management. To date, AREG has invested over $142 million in Colorado real estate, either for our own portfolio or clients. Additionally, the property management division of AREG has grown from 25 properties to over 1100 properties within the last 10 months. AREG is on pace to grow the property management business to over 1200 properties within the next 6 months. AREG will launch the retail brokerage business in October 2013 and begin adding brokers to our organization. Our brokers will be joining the fastest growing residential investment and property management organization in Denver. The lead generation from property management and our capital partners creates a very unique opportunity for our brokers.
