I represent the disabled in their quest for benefits. Often there are collateral matters of importance that I represent the client in as well.

I have been practicing law as a sole practitioner located in Charlotte, NC, since 1981. Currently my Practice focuses primarily on Administrative Law, such as VA Disability, Social Security Disability and Administrative Appeals both within the Agency involved and to the federal and State Courts. Other areas of concentration include: Wills and Trusts; Decedents Estates; Domestic matters; Criminal and Traffic matters; and, Small Businesses. Admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts and have participated in oral argument before the North Carolina Supreme Court. I have argued cases before the United States District Court for each of the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina, as well as being admitted to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C
