We offer students more than a just a place to catch up on some sleep.

The college experience isn't contained to the classroom, and we are here to make sure every student has a well-rounded college adventure that will help propel them into a successful future. Our mission statement is simple: Believe in Doing the Right Thing. We require our entire team to uphold this mission and hopefully you will notice. From the way we handle work orders to rental disputes, we strive to focus on relationships over the bottom line and on treating our residents as young adults not college kids. If you feel that a member of our team is not doing the right thing, we offer access to our Management Team to all of our residents and their parents.
