If I could give ZERO to all Autobells I would. I took my car to Autobell on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte and when I got it back it had damage to the driver's side rear tire area. I pointed it and all the manager Brandon said was we have to run it again through the wash to see if we can replicate the incident. Dismissed the fact that the process contains more than just going through the car wash. That employees drive the car out and move it around the parking lot. He told me that he was not taking responsibility for my car. I called the district manager Trey McCaslim and he told me that all they can do is run it through the wash again to try and replicate the incident. He said unless I can tell them exactly when it happened during the process or they can replicate the incident then they will not take responsibility. I asked him why they didn't interview any employees that had access to my car and he said how do I know they didn't. I replied well did you and is it documented? He said that there was no documentation of employee interviews so in my opinion they didn't. I've left a message with a regional manager Monty Rast and have not heard back. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOBELL THEY WILL GIVE YOU DAMAGE THAT IS CLEAN OF RESPONSIBILITY! !!!!!!
