I would never in my life buy a townhome from autmn ridge in crest hill.... unless you want an association you can make you pay 300,000 dollars for things you don't need and don't support your decisions within the community you are basically living in a communist area. The board is made of 4 members who obviously have the access to funds to be able to buy themselves a new roof whereas, several people have expressed they can't afford it but good luck trying to get autmn ridge council to listen because THEY DON'T CARE !!!! buyers beware of this neighborhood don't give it your money. Get away if you can this association is full of crap!
