For students in grades K - 12, Avalon Learning Center offers the Whiz Kids Tutoring Program which fosters a love of learning and nurtures personal confidence. The program skillfully blends traditional tutoring methods with learning games that stimulate interest.For children who are preparing to enter kindergarten, the Small Wonders Tutoring Program is ideal for insuring that they are "reading ready" and understand numbers and simple mathematical relationships. Students are also tutored in the fundamental requirements for starting school.And for the mature student, Avalon Learning Center offers "Adult Academics"- a tutoring program designed specifically for students who are 18 years of age and older. The program is "career friendly" and offers both weekend and evening appointment
