I am a an engineer by day and part time custom jewelry designer. I love creating jewelry, whether it's bridal jewelry with Swarovski crystals and pearls, beaded lanyards for my co-workers and other professionals, or even stitched jewelry, or beadweaving, which I just recently taught myself about a year ago. My interest in creating jewelry began a couple years ago by being a member of a monthly beading kit, and my love for it grew very quickly. I ended up making the jewelry for my entire wedding party for my wedding on January 29, 2011. Since then, I have been making jewelry, hair accessories, and beaded lanyards for several customers and my business is taking off, as I never would have expected!! For me, seeing and hearing all my customers' positive reactions is worth it all!
