My passion for this business was sparked by a building construction course I took in college that resulted in an Associates Degree in Fire Science. The methods and materials I use have resulted from my constant need to learn the best building practices and from personally doing the installations in more than 350 homes in the last 10 years. Although I have done some new construction in the past ( and I built the house that I live in ), 95% of my experience is with older existing buildings. My experience consists of: Framing, Electrical Repairs, Insulation/ Ventilation, Weatherization, Roofing, Doors/ Windows, Drywall, Carpet/ Vinyl/ Tile, Cabinets/ Counter tops, Appliances, Toilets/ Tubs/ Vanities, and Plumbing Repairs. Learning a new trade makes me better at the ones I already know.
