Except for a stint in the Army, he has been a contractor his entire adult life and he is the real deal. He has built homes (including his own) from the foundation up. Besides masonry, he is extremely competent and experienced in every phase of building construction and repair, tuckpointing, lintel replacement and roofing to complex restoration projects.
