BA's Home Cooking Classes

Customized one on one cooking courses to help the average person cook delicious, comforting meals for themselves or their families.

Specializing in American, Italian and Soul food, I teach any student from the student that can't boil a noodle to the student that just wants to add a few more recipes to their cooking arsenal. I supply a list of dishes to my students and I let my students choose what they want to learn. I will never teach you something you don't want to learn how to cook. I teach singular weekly lessons as well as 3 and 5 month programs for those that are just learning the foundations and want to become an independent cooks for themselves and their families. My goal is to get every student to the point where they can not only cook what I teach them, but take what I teach them and apply it to creating dishes of their own imaginative interests, as well as develop a cooking style of their own
