Baker Street Bread Company, Philadelphia's first artisan bread bakery, was founded in November of 1992. From the beginning our mission has been to bake all natural artisan bread in the super premium category. We imported an 18-ton oven from France and utilize other European baking equipment and techniques to bake our world-class bread. We utilize only the freshest, natural ingredients along with the purest flours to produce the finest hand shaped Artisan Breads. Our process produces a true European Crafted Artisan style Bread with absolutely no additives or preservatives; characterized by full flavor. Our goal is to provide our customers with outstanding service, high quality standards along with accommodating while attending their special needs.
