Barak Ryu Budo Taijutsu

I'm happy to say i have my own teaching space now! Classes are Fridays 6:30 to 7:30 starting Oct 4th. Kids are also welcome ages 10 years and up.

Peace and blessings to all. I'm so glad to inform you that martial art classes are in session this month. The class will consist of cardio training, body balance, muscle strengthening through dynamic and static conditioning and flexibility training. Students will learn standing postures for combative situations with falling, leaping and evading skills. The class will also cover various hand striking and kicking techniques, close quarters combat fighting methods and weapons training(using rubber and wooden facsimiles). Students will receive training in Chinese Kempo, Shaolin Chin Na, Okinawan Karate, Togakure Ryu, Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu, Koto Ryu Koppojutsu and Wu Shu.I'm the founder of this hybrid system of meaningful martial arts(mma).
