Dr. Frank is a veteran of the United States Air Force having served for twenty-one years. He has lived in Las Vegas since 1996.After receiving his doctorate (DDS) from the University of the Pacific in 1979, Dr. Frank practiced general dentistry for eight years. In the late 1980's he entered training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Dr. Frank has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of OMS. In addition to having been a Clinical Assistant Professor on the Staff of the UNR School of Medicine and an Associate Professor of Clinical Sciences at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Frank has lectured extensively to dentists, dental hygienist and students on a variety of subjects including pathology, medicine, trauma, anatomy, anesthesia and cosmetic s
